摘要
采用盆栽试验研究了干旱胁迫对烤烟中烟100和豫烟9号生长发育的影响。结果表明,团棵期,重度干旱胁迫下,两个烤烟品种主要农艺性状、地上部和根系干物质积累都明显低于对照,中度干旱胁迫下豫烟9号生长发育受影响较小;现蕾期,两个烤烟品种农艺性状受干旱影响程度减小,中烟100株高和茎围、豫烟9号叶数和茎围与对照差异不显著,与对照相比较,中度干旱胁迫下,两个烤烟品种干物质积累均表现为增加,重度干旱条件下,中烟100总根长和根表面积明显增加,豫烟9号平均根直径和根系体积增加。因此,团棵前适当控制浇水量能促进烤烟的生长和根系发育。
The pot drought stress experiment was arranged to study the effects of drought stress on the growth of flue-cured tobacco variety Yuyan No.9 and Zhongyan 100. The results showed that, in the resettling growth stage, agronomic traits, the the dry matter accumulationof aboveground and root of two tobacco cuhivars were significantly lower than the control under seriously drought stress, Yuyan No.9 was less affected than Zhognyan 100 under moderate drought stress; In the squaring stage, the agronomic characters of two flue-cured tobacco varieties were less affected by drought stress; the differences of plant height and stem circumference of Zhongyan 100 and the leaves and stems of Yuyan No.9 were not significantly compared with the control; under the moderate drought conditions, the accumulation of dry matter in the two cultivars was increased; under serious drought conditions, the total root length and the root surface area of Zhongyan 100 and average root diameter and root volume of Yuyan No.9 were increased obviously. Therefore, the growth and root development of flue-cured tobacco could be promoted by controling the water quantity before the resettling stage.
