摘要
总结了国际创新调查的经验,对我国自20世纪90年代以来的主要创新调查做了综述。发现我国的企业创新调查到目前为止是“宏观多,微观少”“局部多,全局少”,主要由政府主导,学校在其中扮演了重要的角色,而咨询公司和相关协会缺位。在借鉴国内外调查经验的基础上,提出了对我国创新调查的若干建议。
In this paper, the international experience on innovation survey is summarized. And the main innovation survey in China since 1990s＇ is reviewed. It is found that the domestic innovation survey is more macro-level with less deep investigation into the innovation process; the survey is mainly restricted to some local regions and lack of survey in the whole country scope. The survey is basically led by the government and assisted by the universities with little contribution from consulting companies and professional associations, Some suggestions are proposed to the domestic survey using the existing experiences as reference.
