摘要
本文通过分析企业家型企业通过企业家创新促成创业，进而完成产业演化过程中的企业持续成长， 从理论上分析了产业演化、企业持续成长的内在机理与发展规律，提出了伴随产业演化过程的企业成长困境 与陷阱，并进而探讨了以追求企业持续成长为目标的企业家任务。最后，本文结合南京市民营经济发展现状 结合本文论题提出了部分建议与思考。
