血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂对大鼠心肌缺血再灌注影响的超微结构观察

摘要 目的:电镜下观察血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂福辛普利对大鼠心肌缺血再灌注损伤后心肌细胞改变的影响。方法:大鼠随机分为空白对照组、缺血再灌注组、福辛普利组(20mg/kg);结扎大鼠左冠状动脉前降支,30m in后松开结扎线,空白对照组只穿线不结扎,福辛普利组分别于术前24h及术前2h灌胃给药,观察24h后的各组心肌细胞电镜下的形态改变。结果:福辛普利组电镜下肌丝肌节清晰,而缺血再灌注组闰盘结构不清,肌丝断裂。结论:福辛普利可以明显降低心肌缺血再灌注后心肌细胞超微结构的损伤。 Objectlve To study the effect of angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitor (Fosinopril) on the change of rat myocardial cell after ischemia - reperfusion injury. Method Wistar rats were randomly divided into three groups as follows: the control group (n =8), the ischemia - reperfusion group ( n = 8) and Fosinopril (20mg/kg) group ( n = 8). The anterior descending branch of left coronary artery was ligated and unclamped 30 min later, but the control group only braided. Fosinopril was fed through gastric garage 24 hours and 2 hours before ligafion. Ultramicrostructure change of myocardial cells in the three groups were observed 24 hours after ligation. Results Myofilament and myotome in Fosinpril group were normal on the whole under the electron microscope, but myofilament of the ischemia - reperfusion group was broken and the intercalated disc was not clear. Conclusion Fosinpril can lower ultramierostructure damage of myocardial cell after ischemia- rcperfusion injury.
