The accuracy in liquor tasting is mainly dependent on the tasting environment and the selection of proper tasting measures. The establishment of normalized liquor tasting room （including inside and outside conditions） and the standard liquor-tasting samples, and the selection of proper tasting measures are the base for qualified liquor tasting job.
