摘要
概述了SSR反应的原理、特点,总结了其在玉米亲缘关系和遗传多样性研究、DNA指纹库建立、遗传图谱构建和基因定位及分子标记辅助育种等方面的应用,并对SSR在植物遗传领域的应用前景进行了探讨。
This paper clarified the theories and characteristics of SSR. And its applications in genetic polymorphism and genetic relationship, establishment of DNA fingerprinting-pool,construction of genetic map, gene localization and marker-aided selection of maize were summarized, The method opens up broad prospects for the studies of plant genetics.
