摘要
以亚麻为试验材料,提取亚麻基因组DNA,选择多态性SSR标记,并将标记产物进行聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳,最后硝酸银染色,建立了一套有效、方便的应用于亚麻SSR标记的聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳银染检测方法。
Taking flax as the test material, extracting flax genome DNA, selecting the polymorphic SSR mark- ers, PCR products were electrophoresised in the polyacrylamide gel,and finally they were stained with silver ni- trate. An effective,simple and quick PAGE silver staining method was built by flax SSR markers.
