摘要 简要介绍了简单序列重复区间(Simple sequence repeat,ISSR)技术的原理及特点,着重介绍了近年来ISSR技术在玉米品种纯度鉴定、遗传图谱构建、目标性状基因定位、及遗传多样性中的应用现状及前景。 In this paper, the theory and characteristics of Inter-simple sequence repeat （ ISSR ） were introduced. In addition, the application of ISSR marker technique in germplasm resources of maize was also discussed.
