摘要
目的观察针刺对佐剂型关节炎大鼠模型血浆、下丘脑、垂体、淋巴结β-内啡肽(β-EP)水平变化的影响。方法以佐剂性关节炎模型大鼠作为研究对象,选取“任脉六穴”(膻中、玉堂、紫宫、华盖、璇玑、天突)和“关元穴”进行电针刺激,采用放射免疫法测定血浆、下丘脑、垂体、淋巴结β-EP水平。结果针刺可以调节不同组织的β-EP水平,针刺后,下丘脑β-EP水平呈降低趋势,血浆、垂体、淋巴结β-EP水平呈升高趋势。结论针刺可抑制早期佐剂性关节炎模型的炎症反应,调节机体各组织器官的β-EP水平从而抑制或减轻伤害性刺激对机体的损伤。
Objective To observe the influence of acupuncture onβ-EP levels of plasma, hypothalamus, pituitary and lymph node in rats with adjuvant - induced arthritis. Methods The adjuvant arthritis model rats were given electro-acupuncture on the "six points of conception vessel (CV)", tanzhong ( CV17 ), yutang ( CV18 ), ( CV21 ), and on the acupoint of guanyuan ( CV4 ). zigong ( CV19 ), huagai ( CV20 ) and xuanji Radio-immunity was used to determine the β-EP levels in serum, hypothalamus, pituitary and lymph node. Results The acupuncture could regulate theβ-EP levels in different tissues. After the acupuncture the β-EP level in hypothalamus showed depressed tendency, while in plasma, pituitary and lymph node, presented elevated tendency. Conclusion The acupuncture can inhibit the inflammatory reaction and regulate the β-EP levels of different tissues and organs to lighten the damage caused by harmful stimulation.
