摘要
为研究维甲酸(RA)诱导人大肠癌细胞成熟分化后内质网膜系统结构变化,应用高锰酸钾技术在扫描电镜以及常规透射电镜下进行观察。结果可见:诱导后内质网(ER)数量增多、形态变长,网状结构密集;扁囊明显增多;诱导前ER主要分布在核周,诱导后细胞质也有较多分布。实验结果表明,大肠癌细胞经RA诱导后ER的数量、结构和分布均发生明显变化,内质网膜系统可成为细胞成熟分化的标志。
Structural changes of endoplasmic reticulum (ER) in differentiated human colorectal cancer cells induced by retinoic acid (RA) were studied by scanning eletron microscopy with a potassium permangnate technique and conentional transmission electron microscopy. The results showed that there were more ER with longer size in human colorectal cancer cells induced by RA. The network of ER with an increase of flattened cisternae became denser after differentiation. The distribution of ER, which had been mainly in the periphery of the nucleus before differentiation, increased in the cytoplasm after differentiation. The results suggested that human colorectal cancer cells induced by RA have a remarkable changes in quantity, structure and distribution of ER. ER may become a marker of celluar differentiation.
