摘要
在果蝇属两种果蝇雌性个体的神经节细胞的有丝分裂中，明显可见体细胞配对，其配对发生的频率约为１６％和１０％，而且在Ｄ．Ｐｕｌａｔａ种中显示了非姊妹染色单体的交叉图象。
Studies on the mitotic metaphyasa chromosome for 2 species Drosophila in Wuhan were reported. It was very obvious of somatic pairing in two species Drosophila . The frequency of somatic pairing was counted. It was 10% in D.takahashii and 16% in D. pullata. The chiasma of non sister chromosomids had been observed in D. pullata.
