摘要
以早期蛹的脑神经节为试材,采用空气干燥制片法,首次对角喙栓蚤蝇[Dohrniphora cornuta(Bigot)]染色体核型与有丝分裂行为进行研究。结果表明:角喙栓蚤蝇染色体的二倍体数目为2n=8=6m+2t,3对常染色体,1对着色较深的性染色体,不存在性染色体异型现象;有丝分裂过程中有明显的体细胞同源染色体配对现象。
The chromosome preparations were made from cerebral ganglion in early pupae with air dry method and stained with Giemsa. That is the first attempt to study on Karyotype of Dohrniphora cornuta (Bigot) and chromosome behavior during mitotic. The results showed that the D. cornuta possess diploid chromosome numbers 2n=8=6m+2t, three pairs of which are metacentries, one pair are telocentrics which are sex chromosomes. The sex chromosomes are stained deeper than antosomes. There are no heteromorphic sex chromosomes. The chromosomes showed paring between homologues during mitosis.
