摘要
审稿人对学术评判尺度的把握过高或过低都会对办刊造成不良后果。从客观地遴选审稿专家、合理地制订审稿要求、科学地建立编辑部与审稿专家的互动交流机制等3个方面分析解决问题的对策和措施。
Excessively strict or lax judge has bad effect on the journals. In this study, three measurements of impersonally selecting the review experts, reasonably setting down the standard and establishing the intercommunion between the journal editors and experts are analyzed.
