摘要
目的探讨护理教育的现状与发展趋势,为中国今后护理教育的发展起到一定的参考作用。方法分析和总结中国护理教育现状的基础上,提出护理教育发展趋势。结果中国护理教育现状存在管理体制欠完善、临床护理教学层次区分不清、教学方法和教学手段单一、学生缺乏整体护理意识和缺乏实施整体护理的知识与技能、临床老师对学生综合素质能力培养不够等方面情况。结论提高教育层次,护士将成为初级保健的主体,技能的拓宽和改进教学方法和教学手段是护理教育发展的趋势。
Objective To explore the status quo and the development of nursing education. Method Based on analyzing the status quo of nursing education in China, the authors pointed out the developing tendency. Results Such flaws existed in nursing education as incompletion of nursing management system, vague categorization of clinical nursing education, unity of teaching methods and measures, students' lack of awareness of holistic nursing and the knowledge and skills of holistic nursing, teacher's lack of training student's comprehensive quality. Conclusion Raise of educational level, nurse's becoming the backbone of primary health care, widening of skills and bettering teaching methods and media are the developing tendency of nursing education.
