脲酶抑制剂醌氢醌对小白菜光合特性和氮代谢的影响 被引量:10

摘要 以醌氢醌为脲酶抑制剂,小白菜(B.chinensis Var.communis)为试材,进行小区试验,研究了不同用量的醌氢醌对小白菜光合特性和氮代谢的影响,结果表明:适量醌氢醌能使小白菜叶片的气孔导度增大,胞间CO2浓度降低,净光合速率提高,蒸腾速率降低;使小白菜叶片硝酸还原酶活性、谷氨酸脱氢酶活性、谷酰胺合成酶活性、总氮含量、蛋白质含量提高,游离氨基酸含量降低。小区试验醌氢醌用量以3.0-6.0 g/m2为宜。 Plot experiment with 4 levels of quinhydrone was conducted with B. chinensis Var. communis. The results showed that after applying proper amount of quinhydrone, photosynthetic rate in B. chinensis Var. communis, leaves were increased; transpiration rate, internal leaf CO2 concentration and stomatal conductant were reduced; and activities of nitrate reductase, glutamate dehydrogenase and glutamine synthetase in B. chinensis Var. communis, leaves were enhanced; the contents of total nitrogen and protein increased; but the content of free amino acid decreased. The suitable level of quinhydrone for B. chinensis Var. communis, in plot experiment was 3.0-6.0 g/m^2.
