摘要
目的:了解海洛因依赖者的脑电图变化。方法:用脑电图仪器记录了43例海洛因依赖者的脑电图变化。结果:43例海洛因依赖者中,正常脑电图14例(32.56%);轻度异常脑电图25例(58.14%);中度异常脑电图4例(9.30%),总异常率为67.44%。脑各区电图θ、α2波的改变在正常脑电图的病人和轻度异常、中度异常的病人之间存在较大的差距(P<0.01),但是轻度异常和中度异常的病人之间差别不明显。结论:海洛因可导致依赖者的脑电图异常。
Objective： To understand the changes of brain function of heroin dependent patients. Methods： The electroencephalogram （EEG） of 43 heroin dependent patients was studied with electroencephalography. Results： In 43 heroin dependent patients, 14 had normal EEGs （accounted for 32. 56% ） ;25 had slight unusual EEGs （accounted for 58.14% ） ;4 had intermediate unusual EEGs （accounted for 9. 30%）,the total unusual rate was 67.44%. The changes in the EEG θ,α2 waves in patients with normal, slight unusual and intermediate unusual EEGs were greatly different（ P 〈 0.01 ）, but there was no difference between the patients with slight unusual EEGs and with intermediate EEGs. Conclusion： Heroin can induce unusal EEG of the users.
