摘要
怀旧、观望、逆反、畏惧等不良心态不同程度地影响教师在高中新课程实施中的行为和表现。为此,新课程培训不仅要注重帮助教师理解新课程的宏观理论和具体操作,还要注意改善教师的认知模式、研讨课改进程中调节情绪的方法、创造成功的体验、促进同伴的交流合作,以提供心理支持,帮助教师以积极的心态和状态迎接高中新课程的挑战。
To varying degrees, hesitation, antagonistic psychology and fears have negative effects on teachers' behaviors during the implementation of high school new courses. Therefore, the training of new courses should indude not only helping ieachers understand the macroscopic theory and actual practice, but also improving their cognition, providing them methods of adjusting moods during the course reforms, creating experience of success,promoting communication among them in order to provide psychological support for teachers to meet the challenges during the high school course reforms with positive minds.
