摘要
本文对我国加入WTO五年来的国内收益和国际收益进行了全面评估,认为我们应当毫不动摇地坚持开放主义的原则,全面对外开放,通过全面开放、全面参与、全面合作实现全面提升,大幅度拓展国家战略利益;在确保经济安全的同时,要进一步提高对外开放的水平,在国际经济体系中发挥积极的建设性作用,并以国家长远战略利益和当前利益的有效结合为出发点,争取扮演具有主导性意义的负责任大国角色。
The paper evaluates the domestic and international benefits of China Zs entry into WTO for 5 years, and concludes that China should adhere to the principle of opening to the outside world, and realize the effects of overall development via comprehensive openness, comprehensive participation and comprehensive cooperation, thus to extend China Zs strategic national interests. China must ensure its own economic security, while at the same time it should improve its level of openness, and try to play more active and constructive role in international economic system. In a world, China should integrate current interest into its future strategic interest, and try its best to play a responsible and leading role in the international community.
