摘要
以胡锦涛为总书记的新一届中央领导集体运用全球战略眼光审视和谋划中国对外开放的理念与对策,提出了"互利共赢"的开放战略。中国对外开放战略在坚持马列主义基本原理和科学社会主义基本原则的基础上,以经济全球化时代为实施背景,以深化国内改革为实现基础,以开展与世界各国的合作为实践途径,对于我国在新世纪以更加积极的姿态走向世界,全面参与经济全球化进程有重要指导意义。本文从理论脉源、逻辑基点、显著特征三个方面对此作了论述。
