摘要 为实现重型汽车离合器操纵的电气控制,建立了重型汽车电控气动离合器操纵系统。通过对系统动态特性的分析,指出该系统为非线性控制系统。针对这一非线性控制问题,结合模糊免疫PID控制算法与自适应PSD控制律提出了模糊免疫PSD控制算法。该算法以PID控制为基础,利用免疫控制原理与PSD控制律,实现了PID算法中各增益系数的自调整,增强了算法的自适应性。将该算法应用到电控气动离合器操纵系统中并进行实验。实验结果表明,采用该算法系统可以获得良好的控制性能。 An electrical control pneumatic clutch manipulating system was designed to realize the automatic control of clutch on heavy-truck. The system was a nonlinear control system by analyzing the dynamic character of the system. In order to solve the problem of the system's nonlinear control, a fuzzy immune PSD control algorithm, which combined the fuzzy immune PID control algorithm with the adaptive PSD control law, has been proposed. Each coefficient of the PID control could be self-tuned by using the principle of the immune control and adaptive PSD control law. So the adaptive character of the control algorithm has been enhanced. Applied this fuzzy immune PSD control algorithm to the electrical control pneumatic clutch manipulating system, the experiments result indicated that the system has excellent control performances.
