摘要
科学合理的教学计划,对人才培养过程的有序安排和组织,对教育教学资源充分合理地利用都至关重要。文章首先阐述了人才培养模式的内涵、构成要素及与教学计划之间的关系,然后就制(修)订教学计划过程中需要处理好的几个关系作了论述。
Scientific teaching project would be crucial for the arrangement and organization of talents cultivation and effective distribution of the teaching resource. The author talks about the connotation and factors of talents cultivation and the relationship with teaching project,and then discusses some important aspects in the process of making teaching projects.
