摘要
目的探讨survivin在非小细胞肺癌细胞中的表达和定位及其与p53、CD44表达和淋巴结转移的关系。方法以免疫组化方法测定2002年1月-2004年5月手术获得的28例非小细胞肺癌标本的survivin、p53、CD44的表达情况，用SPSS软件分析survivin在细胞中的表达和定位情况及其与p53、CD44表达和淋巴结转移的关系。结果28例非小细胞肺癌中survivin总阳性率为60．7%（17／28），其中单纯胞质阳性占25．0%（7／28），单纯胞核阳性占10．7％（3／28），胞质和胞核共同阳性者占25．0％（7／28），总的胞核表达阳性率为35．7％（10／28）。survivin的积分值为2．00±2．92，与正常肺组织（积分值为0．10±0．32）差异显著（P〈0．005）。survivin表达阳性组与阴性组中p53、CD44的表达以及淋巴结转移情况均无显著性差异（P〉0．05）；但在survivin阳性组中，胞核survivin表达阳性者p53的阳性率明显高于胞核survivin表达阴性者（P〈0．005）。结论survivin在非小细胞肺癌中表达上调，且在非小细胞肺癌的发生发展过程中其胞核表达可能与p53具有一定的协同作用。
Objective To investigate the expression of survivin and its subcellular localization in non-small cell lung cancer, as well as its relationship with p53, CD44 and lymph node metastasis. Methods The expressions of survivin, p53 and CD44 were assessed by immunohistochemical staining in postoperative samples from 28 patients with the diagnosis of non-small cell lung cancer. The data was analyzed with SPSS software, Results Survivin positive rate was 60. 7%（17/28）, with single plasma positive accounting for 25. 0%（7/28）, single nuclear positive accounting for 10. 7%（3/28）, both plasma and nuclear positive accounting for 25.0%（7/28）, and the overall nuclear positive rate was 35.7%（10/28）. The mean score of survivin was 2. 00±2. 92, which differed from that of normal tissue （scored 0. 10± 0. 32）. p53, CD44 and lymph node metastasis rate in survivin positive group had no difference compared with that in negative one （ P〉 0. 05）, while in nuclear positive group, the positive rote of p53 was significantly higher than that in nuclear negative one （P〈0. 005）. Conclusion The expression of survivin was up-regulated in non-small cell lung cancer, which may collaborate with p53 in the development of non-small cell lung cancer.
