摘要
研究鸡蛋主要成分的光谱透射特性，分析它们的光谱透射曲线和存放时间之间的变化趋势．对完整鸡蛋做了大量的跟踪试验，探索通过测量鸡蛋的光谱透射特性评价鸡蛋品质的新方法，为进一步设计全自动鸡蛋光电分级机提供了有价值的参考数据．
introduced is the research for spectrum properties of main composition of egg.The paper analyses the variation of transmission curve with storagetime of eggs.After a large number of experiments on intact eggs,a new methodis put forward for evaluating its quality by detecting the transmission light of theegg, thus,providing the valuable data for design of automatic photoelectric egggrader.
