摘要
为了给无损检测鸡蛋的新鲜度提供一种方法,基于生物体电特性的检测原理,设计了一个鸡蛋电特性的检测系统。该系统主要由信号发生模块、检测模块、模数转换模块、DSP计算模块、输入和显示模块等组成。信号发生模块采用直接数字频率合成(DDS)芯片AD9851,检测模块采用幅相测量芯片AD8302,模数转换采用AD7705,DSP选用TMS320VC5402并使用CORDIC迭代算法计算电特性,人机交换模块由单片机89S52控制键盘和液晶显示器完成,所有模块由DSP实现初始化和控制。
In order to offer a new method for detecting eggs' freshness and based on the principle of detecting electrical properties of livings, a detecting system on eggs' electrical Properties was designed, which included signal occurrence module, detection module, analog - to - digital conversion module, DSP calculation module, inputting and displaying module, etc. Direct Digital Synthesis (DDS) chip AD9851 was used in signal module, amplitude and phase measurement chip AD8302 was applied in detection, AD7705 was adopted as analog- to -digital converters. All modules were initialized and controlled by DSP.
