摘要
利用声音采集装置获取声音特征参数,通过试验检测对应鸡蛋的新鲜度(哈夫单位)。采取有效的声音信号处理,提取功率谱、共振峰频率、坐标轴方向的质心以及幅值作为声音检测鸡蛋新鲜度的特征参数,建立了与新鲜度之间的关系模型,经检测该模型判断鸡蛋新鲜度的正确率可达78%。检测结果表明,鸡蛋敲击响应特性的共振峰频率随鸡蛋新鲜度的下降而成阶梯状的降低。
The author found frequency analysis of the dynamic resonance of eggs associated with its freshness when he researched the damaged egg, but egg freshness was maiorly determined by optical properties at present, so the author researched the correlation between freshness and frequency analysis of dynamic resonance of eggs so as to a find new method of non-destructively detection for egg freshness. The egg dynamic resonance was obtained by using the system of sound collection, and egg freshness (Haugh unit) could be acquired through the test. The characteristic parameters were obtained by effective signal processing, which were high spectral density, sympathetic vibration frequency, the center of mass and the breadth. The correlation between the parameters and the egg freshness was found. Test results showed that the correction rates to detect the egg freshness were about 78%, respectively by the correlations. The findings indicated that the sympathetic vibration frequency increased with the decrease of egg freshness.
