摘要
建立了微波辅助萃取-气相色谱法测定大米中有机磷农药的分析方法.对萃取液、微波加热条件进行了优化实验.3种有机磷农药标准曲线的线性回归系数均在0.998以上,曲线范围为10~800μg/kg;检出限在1~5μg/kg之间;其回收率均在73.6%~94.5%内;相对标准偏差在1.596~7.596之间.
A method of microwave-assisted extraction (MAE) followed by gas chromatography (GC) for the determination of organophosphorus pesticides (OPPs) in rice was developed. The optimum conditions for extraction solvents and microwave-assisted extraction time were studied. The linear ranges of the method were from 10 μg/kg to 800 μg/kg. The detection limits were from 1 μg/kg to 5μg/kg. The recoveries were from 73.6% to 94.5 %, and the RSDS were from 1.5 % to 7.5 % ( n = 3). This method has proved to be rapid, efficient and accurate.
