临沂市食品中有机磷和有机氯农药残留量分析 被引量:6

摘要 目的了解临沂市蔬菜、水果、粮食等食品中有机磷农药、有机氯农药残留情况。方法于2004年8月至2005年8月在临沂市抽检样品184件,其中蔬菜86件,水果29件,粮食21件,肉、蛋、奶、植物油各12件。结果蔬菜中有机磷农药检出率为16.3%,超标率为8.1%;水果检出率为24.1%,超标率为10.3%;8种有机磷农药检出6种,其中禁止使用的高毒农药占52.6%;温室蔬菜的检出率高于露天种植蔬菜(χ2=4.29,P<0.05)。六六六的检出率为28.8%,滴滴涕的检出率为16.8%,前者高于后者,差异有统计学意义(U=2.74,P<0.01),但各样品中的六六六和滴滴涕残留量均未超出相应的标准。结论临沂市部分蔬菜、水果、粮食等食品中存在农药残留现象,需要引起各方面的注意。 Objective To know the situation d organphosphorus and organoehhrine pesteides residues in foods in Linyi. A survey was performed in 2004 to 2005.184 samples were collected to detect 8 kinds of organphosphorus pesticides and 2 kinds of organoehlorine pestcides. Results 16.3% of the vegetables and 24.1%the fruits were detected ,Among 8 kinds organphosphorus pesticides, 5 were detected in this survey and 52.6% of them were prohibited from being used in planting vegetables and fruits according to relevant law and regulation. The detection rate of vegetables planted in green house was higher than that in the outdoor ( P 〈 0.05) .In lg4 samples, the detection rate of HCH (28.8%) was higher than that of DDT ( 16.8% ) .But all of them did not exceed the normal standards, Conclusion The situation of pesticide residues in. foods in Linyi should be paid more attention.
