摘要
目的:监测分析当前贺州市主要蔬菜生产基地及农贸、批发市场中蔬菜有机磷、有机氯和拟除虫菊酯类农药残留情况,寻求相应的预防措施。方法:采用随机与定点抽样的方法采集贺州市主要蔬菜生产基地及农贸、批发市场中蔬菜样本120份,采用气相色谱和气质联谱法测定其中13种有机磷、有机氯和拟除虫菊酯类农药残留。结果:蔬菜中农药残留检出率与超标率分别为16.67%和5.00%(按国家标准),其中,有机磷禁用农药超标数占总超标数的100%;结论:贺州市蔬菜农药残留现象仍然普遍存在,某些地区仍存在农药使用不规范、不科学及超范围用药的情况,应加强管理,有机磷禁用农药残留是导致贺州市蔬菜超标的主要原因。
Purpose: Monitor & Evaluate residues of agro- chemicals such as organic Phosphorus, organic Chlorine and Dalmatian Chrysanthemum Ester remaining on the vegetables from the producing bases, free markets and wholesale markets of Hezhou ciaty; Seek for the relevant preventive measures. Methodology: Random sampling in the designated sites in the vegetable producing bases was conducted to collect 120 samples; Gas chromatography and gastity joining flocculus were adopted to test residues of 13 kinds of agro- chemicals such as organic Phosphorus, organic Chlorine and Dalmatian Chrysanthemum Ester remaining on vegetables from the producing bases, free markets and wholesale markets of Hezhou ciaty. Results: Residue contents were up to 16.67%, 5.0% higher than the national standard, of which organic Phosphorus exceeded 100% of the total amount; Conclusion: The phenomenon of residues of agro- chemicals were still very serious, overapplication of agro- chemicals were common in some area. Accordingly, the management of agro - chemicals should be strengthened and the residues of organic Phosphorus are composed of the main elements of the residues of agro- chemicals that vegetables exceeded the national standard.
