摘要
为了更加精确的检测出储粮中马拉硫磷的残留量,采用气相色谱法测定其残留量。样品稻谷检测结果为0.78 mg/kg,保留时间RSD:0.25%,峰面积RSD:0.42%,回收率:96.0%~98.3%,并确定最佳检测条件:检测器:火焰光度检测器;载气流量2.5 mL/min;汽化室温度250℃;检测器温度250℃;检测器的燃气氢气120 mL/min,助燃气空气100 mL/min;柱温升温模式为150℃,以15℃/min速率升到220℃,保留3 min;尾吹气流量60 mL/min。气相色谱法是一种快速、简单、准确及灵敏度高的检测方法。
In order to detect the residues of malathion in grain storage is more exact , using gas chromatography to determination of residues of malathion in stored grain. the sample grain test results for 0.78 mg/kg , retention time, peak area of RSD:0.25%RSD:0.42%, the recovery rate:96.0%-98.3% (78.5%-101.4%), and select the flame photometric detector;the flow rate of carrier gas 2.5 mL/min;vaporizer temperature 250℃;detector temperature 250℃;120 mL/min is hydrogen gas, auxiliary gas air 100 mL/min;column temperature mode=150℃to 15℃/min rate rose to 220℃, keep 3 min;tail gas flow 60 mL/min. gas chromatography is a rapid, simple, accurate, high sensitivity detection method.
