摘要 介绍采用2个具有相同质径积的自同步振动筛,与一般的振动筛相比,它的2个电机上总共有8个偏心块,每个电机的每端有2个偏心块,且偏心块的夹角可以任意调节,这样建立的动力学方程就是一般情况下的动力学方程,可以求出筛箱上任意点的一般解,为调节筛箱振动状况提供依据。偏心块的增多使振动筛的运动状况有所增加。最后还求出了筛箱做椭圆平动和直线平动的条件。 A shaker is introduced to be excited by two vibration motors with offset coordinate mass - semidiameter and the difference between this kind of shaker and the common lies in that its one motor has two eccentrics on the each side and the center of mass of these two eccentrics are in the identical radius but have an included angle. The included angle of the center of mass of these two eccentrics on each end of the vibration motor can be adjusted at random. So the dynamics equation is in the ordinary course of event. Therefore the general solution of the arbitrary point in the screen box can be derived. It can provide the grounds for adjusting the vibration condition of the screen box. The increases of the eccentric enable the movement condition of the shaker is various. At last, the conditions of balanced elliptical motion and straight line motion are presented.
