摘要
根据油田应用测试,平动椭圆振动筛与其他类型的振动筛相比,可始终柔和地做旋转运动,能够产生更好的去除固相能力、流体回收能力和更少的筛网磨损。文章就国内外钻井液振动筛最新发展技术进行分析,介绍了BEM-3、BEM600、VSM300、MONGOOSE、S250-2等平动椭圆振动筛的原理、结构和使用性能。
Based on the oil field tests and compared with other shaker types,balanced elliptical motion technology can consistently provide gentle rolling motion,better solids removal and fluid circulation,less screen wear.This paper discussed the latest technology in shale shaker,introduced the theory,structrue and performance of BEM-3、BEM600、VSM300、MONGOOSE、S250-2 balanced elliptical motion shale shaker.
