摘要
利用实验室自制的振动台作为激振设备,依据机械行业标准JB/T6697-93规定,对改进后的撒粮报警器与故障报警器进行抗振性能测试,即对两种报警器进行上下、前后、左右三个方向的定频振动试验,利用YE7600动态数据采集分析系统对振动信号进行采集分析,对两种报警器的抗振性能做出评价。实验表明撒粮报警器与故障报警器的性能良好,符合有关抗振规定。
Self-manufactured vibration table was adopted as a vibration exciter to make a anti-vibration test of the improved grain-loss monitors and fault alarms according to the standard of machinery industry JB/T 6697-1993. Fixed frequency vibration test on annunciators was made in three directions: up and down, back and forth, left and right.The YE7600 dynamic data acquisition and analysis system was used to collect and analysis the vibration signals in order to estimate the anti-vibration performance of the two annunciators. The test shows that the performance of grain-loss monitors and the precaution device is high and up to the relevant stipulations.
