摘要
在总结我国咨询业发展现状及特征的基础上,介绍了咨询业绩效考核体系总体设计思路,并对咨询业绩效考核指标进行了说明。
Based on summing up the developing situation and characteristics of Chinese consuhancy service, this paper introduces the general design thought of the performance evaluation system for the consultancy service, and illustrates the performance evaluation indexes of the consultancy service.
