摘要
文章阐述了绩效管理的基本涵义,并提出了有效的绩效管理系统的基本框架。根据该框架建立的某保险公司绩效管理系统使企业的员工满意度和生产率得到了明显的提高,表明该基本框架对绩效管理具有重要作用。
<Abstrcat>This paper explains what performance management means and proposes a framework of effective performance management system. The performance management system of an insurance corporation based on the framework enhanced the satisfaction of employees and the productivity, which shows that the framework plays an important role in performance management.
