摘要
为保证日益复杂的装备产品快速维修的需求,在产品模块划分过程中,提出面向维修的模块划分方法。在相关因素分析中考虑维修因素,从技术上考虑零件拆分的难易程度,并分布到其他各种零件之间的相关因素中,分别展开每一个相关因素,建立零部件相关因素树。从整体上考虑各相关因素对设计目的的影响程度,对各因素进行权重分配,建立零部件综合相关矩阵,并进行动态的模糊聚类,得到模块划分方案。最后以电冰箱为例进行面向维修的模块划分,结果表明,该方法可有效地实现产品的快速维修。
To meet the requirements of rapid maintenance of increasing complicated product, module identifying method driven by maintainability is presented in product module identifying. Maintenance are considered when analyzing correlation factors. The difficulty of components' disassembly is considered technically, and then each correlation factor is expanded, and correlation factor tree of components and parts is set up. The degree of influence of all correlation factors on design goal are considered as a whole, and then the weight of each factor is allocated; integrated correlation matrix of components is constructed. Dynamic fuzzy clustering is done to the matrix after that. Finally, given as an example, fridge is partitioned into mod,des facing maintenance, which proves that the method presented is effective to actualize the fast maintenance of product.
