基于零件库绿色模块划分EHDPSO不确定优化

摘要 针对绿色模块划分过程中基本单元本身属性的多样性和其绿色属性的模糊不确定性,研究了绿色设计中包含不确定因素的产品模块划分问题,论述了基于零件库的产品绿色模块划分,既考虑模块之间功能相关性和结构相关性,又考虑零件库中零件本身的绿色属性,以模块内部最大聚合度、模块之间最小耦合度和零件库中零件之间组合绿色度最高为目标函数,建立了产品绿色模块划分的不确定优化模型,提出EHDPSO(十一进制离散粒子群,Eleven hexadecimal discrete particle swarm optimization)方法,求出最优模块划分以及相应各零件库中最优零件记录数。以双梁桥式起重机桥梁作为实例,得出最优编码10,10,10,10,8,8,9,9,9,6,3,库记录数2,1,1,2,1,2,2,1,1,2,2,可得主梁库中记录2、轨道库中记录1、端梁库中记录1和端梁栏杆库中记录2为同一模块,走台库中记录1和走台栏杆库中记录2为同一模块,直梯库中记录2、斜梯库中记录1和司机室平台库中记录1为同一模块,司机室库中记录2和检验平台库中记录2分别为独立模块;三次实验结果均验证其合理可行性,在目前日益丰富的零件供应时代和零件本身因属性各异而需定性处理的情况下,本研究贴近企业生产,具有很好的实用价值。 Aiming at the property diversity and fuzzy uncertainty of the basic unit during the dividing process of green modules, the problem of product module partition with uncertain factors in green design was studied and the green module partition of product based on storehouse was discussed, by considering both the function correlation and structure correlation between modules, as well as the green attributes of components themselves.The objective function is defined based on the module maximum polymerization degree within parts, the minimum coupling degree between parts and the highest degree of combination of green in storehouse, a uncertainty optimization model of product green module partition is established, the EHDPSO ( Eleven hexadecimal discrete particle swarm op-timization) method is proposed to calculate the optimal module partition and the optimal module re-cording of the corresponding parts in storehouse.Taking a bridge of double beam bridge crane as an example, the optimal coding is 10,10,10,10,8,8,9,9,9,6,3,database record numbers are 2,1,1, 2,1,2,2,1,1,2,2, it is concluded that the record 2 in the main beam repository, record 1 in track library , record 1 in end beam library and record 2 in end beam library is the same module, record 1 in platform base and record 2 in platform railing base belong to the same module, record 2 in verti-cal ladder library, record 1 in inclined ladder library and record 1 in drivers'room platform library belong to the same module, but record 2 in drivers'room library and record 2 in detecting platform library are separate modules respectively.Three experimental results verify the feasibility.In the current background of increasingly abundant supply of spare parts and the need of qualitative treat-ment according to the diversity of parts, this study is useful for the enterprise production and is full of good practical value.
