摘要
研究用CT-HRP顺行运输选择性地标记胞体位于胸_2脊神经节沿交感神经传入的心脏感觉纤维在豚鼠左心房的分布.在脊神经节内注射CT-HRP的豚鼠左房壁内观察到了HRP标记阳性的神经纤维或终末.对这一发现与心脏疼痛有关的意义进行了讨论.
Anterogradely transported CT-horseradish peroxidase (CT-HRP) was used to observe in guinea pig the distribution of cardiac sympathetic afferent fibers of the left atrium whose cell bodies lay in the spinal ganglia (SGs) of T2. Injection of CT-HRP into spinal ganglia of guinea pigs showed that there were labeled nerve fibers or terminals in the left atrial wall. The implications of these findings in relation to cardiac pain are discussed.
