摘要
目的:为了研究体外培养中交感神经纤维或神经终末与心肌细胞之间的关系。方法:将新生大鼠的交感神经节与心肌细胞进行联合培养,用相差显微镜观察神经元的生长,用扫描电子显微镜观察神经肌肉连接的形成。结果:交感神经节与心肌细胞联合培养72~96小时,在相差显微镜下可观察到神经突起终止于搏动的心肌细胞表面。在扫描电子显微镜下可观察到神经纤维粗细不一,在心肌细胞表面交织成网状。有的神经纤维末端膨大并贴于心肌细胞表面。结论:这一研究建立了在体外培养中具有选择性交感神经支配的心肌细胞模型。
To study the relationship between sympathetic nerve fiber or terminals and cardiac muscle cells. Methods: The sympathetic ganglia were added to the culture of newborn rat cardiac muscle cells. The neuronal growth was observed with a phase contrast microscope and the formation of neuromuscular junctions with a scanning electron microscope. Results: In the neuromuscular co-culutres, the nerve fibers terminated on the contracting cardiac muscle cells after 72 -96 hours of incubation. The nerve fibers were different in the caliber and formed a network on the surface of some cardiac muscle cells when the co-culture was observed with a scanning electron microscope. Some endings appeared a varicosity and terminated on the cardiac muscle cell surface. Conclusion: The selective sympathetic innervation of isolated cardiac muscle cells in vitro was established in this study.
