摘要
研究了聚己二酸丁二醇酯型热塑性聚氨酯(PTAD-TPU)和聚己二酸乙二醇丙二醇酯型热塑性聚氨酯(PEPD-TPU)的合成,并用WAXD、DSC、FT-IR对PEPD-TPU进行结构表征。结果表明:不同软硬段配比对TPU性能有显著的影响;异氰酸酯指数为1.0时,TPU的综合性能最好;一步法合成的TPU比二步法合成的TPU的性能好;TPU中硬段相形成结晶结构,且由于硬段的存在,提高了软段有序程度和热稳定性;软段相与硬段相之间有较好的相容性,微相分离程度小;TPU中有70%~75%的氨基形成氢键。
A series of PEPD TPU and PTAD TPU were synthesized and the effects of hard/soft segment ratios.Ratios of / and different synthesizing methods on TPU properties were studied. PEPD TPU were characterized with WAXD, DSC, FTIR. DSC was an effective method to characterize PEPD TPU.
