用傅里叶变换红外透射光谱研究了溶液聚合的四种模型嵌段共聚物——聚氨酯-氨酯、聚脲-氨酯、聚氨酯-脲、聚脲-脲——在硬段微区和相界面区氢键的情况,并与衰减全射谱在分析这些模型嵌段共聚物时的情况进行了对比。
These linear thermoplastic polyurethanes and polyureas are synthesized by a two-step solution polymerization method. Either a hydroxy-terminated polyproplene oxide (PPO-OH) of Mn=2040, or an amine terminated polypropylene oxide (PPO-NH2) of Mn = 2100 is used as the soft segment to produce the urethane or urea linkages respectively at the ends of the polyether backbones. Pure 4,4'-diphenylmethane diisocyanate (MDl) is extended with either 1,4- butane diol(BDO) to form the urethane hard segments of with 1, 4-butane diamine(BDA) to form the urea hard segments. Four different combination of polyurethane -urethane (MDl/PPO-OH/BDO), polyureaurethane (MDl/ PPO-NH2/BDO , polyurethane-urea(MDl/PPO-OH/BDA), polyurea-urea(MDl/PPO-NH2/BDA) are obtained. Transmission spectra of Fourie Transform Infrared Spectroscopy (FT1R) are used to characterize the samples to evaluate the effects of different linkages, either at the interface of the phase boundaries or within the hard segment domins on the polymer properties. Comparison of the spectra obtained by ATR method and Transmission method in evaluation the four different segmented polyurethanes are discussed.
