摘要
本文用溶液二步法合成了分别以聚酸、聚酯为软段的线形多嵌段聚氨酯,经抽提证明该弹性体内没有产生交联.用核磁共振(NMR)、红外光谱(FTIR)、差示扫描量热法(DSC)等手段对其进行表征,计算得到弹性体中硬段的百分含量,并就弹性体的热塑弹性作了深入的探讨。
Linear block polyurethane with polyether or polyester as soft block is synthesized bysolution two-step method, is proved no chemical crosslinking by extracting, and is studiedby means of NMR, FTIR and DSC. Content of hard block in linear block polyurethane iscalculated and determined. This research also deeply discusses the mechanism ofthermoplasticity and elasticity of linear block polgurethane.
