在维生素C存在的条件下,Fenton反应产生的羟自由基氧化二甲亚砜(DMSO),生成的甲醛与乙酰乙酸乙酯和氨发生Hantzsch反应,反应产物3,5-二乙氧基羰基-2,6-二甲基-1,4-二氢吡啶在-1.09V(SCE)处有一灵敏的二阶导数极谱峰,通过峰电流变化可间接测定羟自由基。测定了清除剂对羟自由基的清除作用,清除剂与清除率有良好的量效关系。本法对抗氧化剂有一定的应用价值。
In the presence of vitamin C, hydroxyl radical generated by Fenton reaction oxidizes dimethy sulfoxlode to form formal dehyde and Hantzsch reaction takes place between formal dehyde and ammonia and 2, 4-pentanedione. The produt 3,5-diacelyl-1,4 dihydropyrid shows a sensitive second-order derivative polarographic peak at -1.09V (SCE). The hydroxyl radical can be determined indirectly by the measurement of peak current. The scavenging action of scavengers for hydroxyl radical was investigated. The method has practical values for selection of antioxiding agents.
