摘要
本文在铁-PAN络合吸附波体系中引入亚硝酸钠,使测铁的灵敏度提高约20倍,是目前测铁灵敏度很高的极谱方法。峰电位为-0.59V(vs.SCE),检出限约为1×10-9mol/L。最佳测定条件为:pH3.0,PAN1.5×10-5mol/L。
A method for the determination of Fe by adsorptive catalytic wave of Fe()\|PAN\|NO\+-\-2 is developed in this paper. When adding some NaNO\-2 (810\+\{-2\} mol/L) to the solution of Fe()\|PAN\|HAc\|NaAc system, the polarographic current of Fe() will been increased by about 20 times. The peak is at -0.59 V, and is in proportion to the concentration of Fe() in the range of 110\+\{-9\} ̄810\+\{-7\} mol/L. This method has been used to determination of Fe in distilled water and NaCl reagent (G.R.) with good results.\=
