摘要
本文研究了砷(Ⅲ)在硫酸-盐酸-溴化钾-硒(Ⅳ)体系中的极谱行为。砷(Ⅲ)在-0.53V(vs.SCE)出现灵敏的导数极谱波,检测下限达0.001μg/ml。硒(Ⅵ)的存在是获得高灵敏度砷(Ⅲ)波的关键。研究表明,该波具有吸附性质。本文还探讨了巯基棉富集分离矿石溶液中微量砷的条件,在硫酸介质中,用一次加入巯基棉的方法,有效地从有大量基体元素的矿石溶液中富集分离砷。本文经实际应用,效果很好。
The polarographic behaviour of As (Ⅲ) in the system of sulphuric acid. hydrochloric acid, potassium bromide and Se (Ⅳ) was studied. As (Ⅲ) shows a sensitive derivative polarographic wave at -0.53 V(vs SCE) and the detection limit is 0.001 μg/ml. The key to acquiring sensitive polarographic wave for As is the existence of Se (Ⅳ) in the system, The wave has the characteristics of adsorption. As was effectively separated and concentrated from vast amount of matrix elements of ores in a solution of sulphuric acid with sulfhydryl cotton. The method has been used in practice and the results obtained were very satisfactory.
