摘要
建立了一种应用同步荧光法检测桑椹果汁中微量白藜芦醇的方法,系统研究了检测条件对白藜芦醇荧光强度的影响。回归方程:I(荧光强度)=19.70×C(浓度μg/ml)+13.98,相关系数r=0.9987。白藜芦醇的荧光强度与浓度在0~1.96×10-5mol/L范围内具有良好的线性关系,检测限为8.14×10-10mol/L。
A method was established to determine trace resveratrol content in mulberry syrup by synchronous fluorometry. Effects of operational condition on the fluorescence intensity of resveratrol were studied systematically. The regression equation is I= 19.70 × C+ 13.98 (C is concentration, μg/mL). There was a good linear relationship between the fluorescence intensity and concentrations of resveratrol in the range of 0~1.96×10^-10 mol/L. The detection limit was 8.14 × 10^-10 mol/L and r=0. 9987.
