摘要
恶势力在农村的滋生蔓延已严重影响到我国农村的社会治安、经济发展及其基层政权组织的正常运行,是我国农村目前必须解决的一个社会问题。文章首先分析了农村恶势力的成因,然后论述了农村恶势力防范的必要性,最后以构建和谐社会为理念,就如何防范农村恶势力提出了具体的对策。
The generation and spread of vicious power in the country is one of the gravest problems threatening public safety, economy and politics in our country, which we must sotve at present. The paper analyzed the cause of the vicious power of country,and discussed the necessity of prevention. At last, according to the idea of harmony society, the paper proposed some solutions to the problems.
