摘要
国华电力公司600 MW亚临界锅炉的设计煤种为神华煤,灰熔点较低导致屏式过热器严重结渣,危及锅炉安全运行。虽然通过燃用混煤、加装吹灰器使锅炉的安全经济性得以基本保证,但是由于配风和煤粉细度的不同使同类型锅炉的结渣情况仍存在较大的差异。对这一现象进行了分析,以便继续进行燃烧优化工作。
Design rank of 600MW sub-critical boiler is Shenghua coal in Guohua Electric Power Corporation. The lower ash fusion point leaded to slag badly in platen super-heater, and kept boiler from safely operating. It basically makes boiler operating safely and economically that firing blender coal and adding sootblower. But there is more difference of slag still between same boilers because of different air distribution and coal fineness. The phenomenon is analyzed so that we continue to optimizing combustion behavior.
