摘要
燃烧器附近结焦和炉膛内的大量结焦、积灰,常使空气动力工况遭到破坏,致使炉膛出口温度升高,引起对流受热面壁温升高,限制了锅炉出力。论述了锅炉结焦的相关因素,提出了防止结焦的措施。
Slagging closed to burners and a large volume of slagging and accumulation of ash in the chamber always destroy the aerodynamic conditions for normal combustion and cause a temperature rise at outlet of chamber and convection heating surface. The factors concerning slagging are discussed and countermeasures are put forward.
