摘要
针对某厂磨煤机频发堵煤问题,对影响磨煤机出力的结构、煤种、运行模式等因素进行了分析,并通过最大出力试验证明了该磨煤机本身出力是有保证的,运行中煤质不稳、局部时段煤质太差是造成堵磨的根本原因。针对分析结果,电厂调整了运行模式,强化了配煤工作,彻底解决了该问题。本文研究对解决此类问题有一定的参考意义。
Influence analysis of factors of the structure, the operation mode and coal type causing frequent mill-plugging in power plant is performed and the mill output is assured through the experiment of the maximum mill output. The main cause of mill plugging is instability of coal quality in operation and poor quality of coal at certain time. According to the results of this paper, the problem is solved through the mill operation mode adjust and the improvement of coal blending. The result provides a reference beneficial to solve this problem.
