摘要
探讨盐碱地池塘的对虾养殖,利用池塘陆基围隔系统研究了滨海盐碱地缺K+池塘咸水Na+/K+对凡纳滨对虾(Litopenaeus vannamei)成活率和生长的影响。结果显示:当Na+/K+为40(mmol/mmol)时,对虾的成活率和产量最高,增重率最大,食物转化效率最高。本文还根据这一结果提出了对虾养殖生产上应采取的相应措施。
The effects of Na^+/K^+ ratio in brackish water on the survival and growth of Litopenaeus vannamei were investigated. The experiment was conducted with land-based experimental enclosures set in one pond. The results showed that optimal shrimp growth could be obtained by regulating the Na^+/K^+ ratio in the brackish water to 40 at a salinity of 187‰.
